Terms and Conditions


📸 Photobooth Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 35%  is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least  7 days prior to the event date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the deposit and signed agreement.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive  the full deposit amount.
  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 10 days of the event.

3. Service Duration

  • The Photo Booth will be operational during the agreed service time only.
  • Set-up and breakdown times are not included in the rental duration.
  • There is a $25 setup and take down fee. In the event that we are unable to setup or take down due to client's delay there will be an additional $25 fee per 30 mins of wait time. 
  • Idle time (e.g., booth not in use due to client request) may be charged.

4. Venue Requirements

  • Client must ensure the venue has:
    • An electrical outlet within [e.g., 10 feet] of the booth location.
    • Adequate space for setup (e.g., 10x10 feet minimum).
    • Protection from weather (for outdoor events).
  • Client is responsible for any access fees, permits, or venue restrictions.

5. Use of Images

  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, [Your Business Name] reserves the right to use photos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Guests using the booth grant permission for their images to be used in promotional materials.

6. Damage and Liability

  • The client is liable for any damage to the booth or equipment caused by guests.
  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage not caused by our staff or equipment.
  • We will not be held liable for failure to provide service due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, etc.).

7. Props and Backdrops

  • Props are provided for fun and entertainment. Lost or damaged props due to excessive misuse may incur additional fees.
  • Specific themes or custom props/backdrops may be available at an additional charge.

8. Technical Issues

  • In the rare event of technical difficulties, we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If technical issues prevent operation for more than 30 minutes, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

9. Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to guests behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • If guests’ behavior jeopardizes the safety of staff or equipment, service may be terminated without a refund.

10. Data Storage and Privacy

  • Digital copies of photos are stored for [e.g., 30 days] unless otherwise agreed.
  • Personal data collected (e.g., via email sharing or surveys) will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
